Bought this for my nephew in July. His mom called me last night and said the frame was broken. I couldn't believe it, the description makes her indestructible. I ask my sister how it broke and she tells me he just sat on one end to put his shoes on and BOOM it broke. My nephew is a teenager and weighs about 120 pounds so I know for a fact he wasn't the problem. I spoke to a ZINUS representative and she told me that the beds are covered for 5 years if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. Let's wait and see what happens in this case. If the zine doesn't replace this bed frame, we'll be very disappointed. Will update later with my case. TO UPDATE! ZINUS agreed to replace the bed frame after emailing them an invoice for the purchase and photos of where and how it broke. The bed frame arrived today (12/13/2017). I am very happy with the warranty and customer service. If I ever need a new bed frame I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you ZINU!
