We have had 2-3 other foamers and they all worked very well. When our last one was losing strength we ordered this Milk Boss. In terms of design, performance, battery life and handling, it easily surpasses all others. We use ours every day. The pressure-sensitive blending speed button is much easier to use than other models that only have an on/off switch. The construction is solid too, with batteries easily accessible and replaceable. As for customer service. , here is an example of a company going beyond supporting their product. As careful as I am with our instruments, I managed to drop it this week. The whisk became detached from the tube due to a small crack that formed at the junction of the whisk and the tube. I was able to put it back together with glue and it works but is unbalanced and wobbly. I wrote to their support team and asked if I could purchase a replacement whisk, realizing the problem was my fault. They responded in just over an hour and offered to ship me a new, complete unit for free as part of their lifetime warranty. -Quality product and great after sale customer support.
