Ahhh where do I start. . . . Bottom line, my three-hour attempt to install, sync, and get the product up and running was a nightmare. This product should not be sold to the public and is complete garbage. The instructions are written in garbled Chinese-English that reads like a Buddhist koan. In my case, "handclapping" meant banging my head against the wall while trying to use a downloaded app that looked and worked like a 9-year-old had created it. The device somehow quickly connected to my heart rate monitor, but didn't recognize my own cadence or the speedometer. My power meter didn't connect either, but that's not surprising since the device didn't perform basic functions in other areas. Such a terrible product - Revain should ban it from sale in the United States.
