I bought this material to cut into Honeywell carbon filters. The thickness of the sheet is the same as the thickness of the original Honeywell filter to reduce odors in the kitchen. The cost of making your own custom activated carbon filters is much cheaper than buying original activated carbon kitchen odor filters. The quality of the material is actually very good and the carbon coated material construction is solid. This material has smaller pores than OEM products and appears to remove kitchen and other odors or chemical odors very well. This should make my Hepa filters less clogged and filtering much better. I will use them in the future when I need more material.
