This is the exact same helicopter we have had for over 30 years. When the old one finally broke, my husband was absolutely clear that he couldn't replace it with an exact copy. Needless to say we have replaced it and this one is just as good. A low-tech way to cut vegetables. We often use it to chop onions, peppers, celery, etc. It's a quick and easy way to chop and you're done. No need to pull out the food processor for a small amount.
