Bought 10 months ago. To be honest, I waited until I gave the product one last chance to write a review of the entire enchilada. I think 10 months is quite a long time for the money - here's an update. If they don't feel good to begin with, they WON'T improve. There's a synthetic portion that goes through the upper of the shoe, right at the base of the laces, and through the top of the foot that doesn't penetrate unless you use a heat gun and shoe stretcher, period. The material used in the base of the laces (see attached image) is not leather but synthetic and as such it simply won't shrink, stick to your foot or give off any strain at all. I have no problem paying the price for these shoes as long as the quality is there, which was not the case with Teva Design. Unless you have a very narrow thin thin foot I don't recommend it. For just under 175.00, RUN Forest, Run! They are NOT worth the price. Man I miss my Teva Riva events, they're more expensive but nowhere near the quality of other Teva products I've bought in the last 20 years.
