This is by far the best monitor available in the $200 price range. No doubt in my mind. For the amateur photographer and architect, the 2k (2560 x 1440) resolution is paramount. When used with an NVidia p2000, it's not a fast pair, but it's incredibly sharp and accurate. (That would be a terrible combo for gaming!) UPDATE: Upgraded from 4 to 5. After a few weeks of use, the true quality of this monitor continues to show. The colors, the contrast, the clarity of each hue - wow! Simply put, this is a 'regular' monitor for a monitor that costs 5 times the money and stands on its own in this price range. Rarely have I been so satisfied with a product.
