I wear 10 ladies and size 9.5-10.5 fits me. I wore them on an island tour in Thailand, they were perfect for swimming in the water, seeing the beaches and in this particular photo they are perfect for almost the entire vertical climb to the top of the island. It was NOT an easy climb, just holding on to the rope in places, and certain death on either side, but these shoes have helped me better than any other climber. They protected my feet from rocks/corals in the water. I still slipped on the rock while wearing them, so I can't say they are non-slip, but that still wouldn't change my opinion of how useful they were. They did well and stayed. Washes well and dries quickly. I far prefer them to my bulky water boots, wish I had taken them in the first place! They are so light and don't take up space in your suitcase. I prefer the traditional water shoes that I own.
