Review on Enhanced Resolution Preamplifier - Micca OriGen G2 by Abdul Jorge

Excellent DAC/Headphone Amp! It works for me on my Hifiman HE-400i and it sounds fantastic. But what really sets it apart is the opportunities it offers you. The ability to use USB and optical inputs as well as a headphone or preamp output is amazing. I connected it to my computer via USB and have an audio output from my TV to the OriGen's optical input. I then have a preamp for my desktop speakers. This allows me to connect to my computer or TV using either headphones or desktop speakers. All those options and great sound for $110? Amazing, buy this thing, you won't regret it. One note: this can be USB powered but does not include a DC power supply. So if you want to use this in the above setup with an optical input without turning on your computer you'll need one of these: ZJchao 5V DC 2000mA regulated power supply Tip 1.35mm x 3.5mm extra power
