Review on Iceberg Thermal IceGALE Bearing Performance by Wiktor Janusz ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Feel free to buy, for such a price, the quality is simply amazing.

Noise level: - at 1500rpm it is completely silent; - at 2022rpm there is a slight rustle of blown air; - at 2200rpm, engine noise begins to manifest itself, but not annoyingly; - at 2500rpm it looks like the work of a building hair dryer; - at 2906rpm (no longer spinning) the roar of the vacuum cleaner. I set the limit to 85% of the revolutions, while the noise at a distance of 1 meter in a closed case (ZET GAMING Rare M1) was 52 dB, at 100% - 57 dB.

Pros
  • Powerful airflow with decent pressure. Low vibration, even at maximum speed. Responds quickly to both PWM and DC control. Standard size allowing to attach to the radiator with stock brackets. Good packaging, but no frills. Not as loud as they scare here.
Cons
  • Noise at ≥75% RPM. The power wires themselves are very thin and, unfortunately, the braid ends at the point of entry into the case, and even without heat-shrinkable cambric, which can cause chafing. Price. Complete set: in a box a cooler yes 4 screws. No adapters or other fasteners.
