Best Fit 1971 Mustang in Shocks

I installed these on my '71 Mustang to raise the rear a bit and straighten the car. They fit perfectly and the plastic air duct brackets fit perfectly into the existing holes so I didn't have to drill any holes or modify the car in any way. The inflation valve fits perfectly into the existing hole under the rear license plate. I was careful to route the lines where they are coiled so they don't come in contact with the exhaust or rub against anything. After some experimentation, I was able to raise the rear end about 1-1/4 inches with a very good ride quality. A few notes: The shock absorbers are painted black, not white as shown in the product photo. Also be careful when running the airline ahead of the strikes. They don't give you much extra line. If you make a mistake or damage the line, you won't have enough line to complete the installation. I was happy with my results and the installation.
