Does a decent job but really uses batteries

I have two problems that others have reported. Made a few labels and set them aside for a few weeks, used again and the battery died on the first new label. For this second set of batteries I will keep them outside of the unit and see if that helps. Also don't like the long leader. You've used narrow margins, but you're still wasting tape at the beginning of the label. Most of the labels I make are "disposable" so I can't chain them together. Tip: Buy tape cassettes on ebay. Cheaper.
