The inscription was smeared after 1 month without the right to use

The inscription began to wear out after the second use, it is erased. I wouldn't give it away, I'd be embarrassed. It's only going to get worse. I tried to contact the seller but I bought it at the end of July and they said I couldn't return my purchase so it lasted me about a month before it started smudging/fading. Whoever stamped it used the wrong ink. This is an expensive mug that doesn't even last a month and has no warranty.
