Follow up review: We are very happy with this bike and my son is now out of bike training and happily rides it as a couple. Such a strong bike. The tires still do what they are supposed to do even after many kilometers. Highly recommended if the build issues from my original review aren't a big deal to you. A few years later it was worth it 👍🏾First review: Package arrived in decent condition but I quickly encountered my first problem. The steering wheel was upside down 🤦🏾‍♀️ Removing the bolts holding the steering wheel wasn't easy because the included wrench didn't get caught on the bolts. It took about 10 minutes to do this and turn the knobs into the right position. The next task was to attach the stem to the frame. The instructions that came with the product were found by many reviewers to be generic and not helpful for assembling this bike. The picture on the bikes page on Amazon was more helpful, but still didn't give clear instructions on how to attach the stem to the bike frame. After trying to figure it out for about 20 minutes, I finally fixed the piece. Finally, our final disappointment was a bell that was supposed to come with the bike but was not included in our package. Revain cannot require this part to be sent as it is from a third party and really stinks. I'm hoping to find information for the ToyStar company so I can try and get this part my son was excited about. All in all, now that everything is assembled, this is a nice and sturdy bike. The rubber is not thin at all. We will be taking the bike for a test ride tomorrow and I will revise my review to include information on how it performs as that is the most important part after all. There is also a small scratch on the frame, but that doesn't bother me.
