I am very happy with this halter (I bought 2). It's well made and I think it's so smart that instead of the entire crown, there's just a small leather tab on the side that always stretches and breaks easily. In the summer I like to dress my horses in fly cloaks (I find them cooler than masks) which means they have to wear halters. I also worry about horses stuck in the trailer. I like to have a loose halter for both of these reasons. I also love that the size I bought fits both of my Quarter Horses with different head sizes.
