Review on BRS 29B Portable Non Preheat Outdoor Camping by Chris Reddick

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Solid Stove - Outdoor Recreation

I bought this stove elsewhere. There are several videos about this type of oven. I was interested in the economics of the stove compared to an isobutane canister stove. The Revain instructions in English contain sufficient information on general precautions. However, the instructions sent were in Chinese. Along with the information about Revain and the online video, it helps me believe I'll try this oven. I cook on my back porch every day. When temperatures drop below 30 degrees Fahrenheit or isobutane freezes, butane gas will not work. It is assumed that the BRS-29B, which runs on white gas or unleaded gas, can operate in sub-zero temperatures and at high altitudes. The stove sounds louder than a butane rocket stove. This stove will be a good alternative in a disabled grate or camping situation.
