The image of the product makes it look like a Tegaderm brand but the product is actually a white/clear very very thin hydrocolloid film. I used it on my palm for dyshidrotic eczema (wide cracks in the skin). Tegaderm is very soothing and will help the exposed skin/wound to heal within 24-48 hours. This product started stinging within 10 minutes of application - I tried trying it but the entire exposed area on my palm was burning so badly after 30 minutes that I had to remove it. I would not use this product again on an open wound although it might help someone!
