I like how their system will show if there's an issue with any of my equipment in production or not operating correctly. It does help to pinpoint problems quickly so they can be fixed before it causes serious damage. There needs to be more options for scheduling maintenance as well! We use this mainly when our main team isn't available during normal business hours on weekdays (10-5). This allows us to know what we're dealing with without having them get involved since things happen at all times throughout the time zones around the world they are working from.
