Great Product - Easy To Use And User Friendly

I like how easy it was to use for my employees as well! It's very user friendly with an excellent customer support team who helped me get up-to speed quickly once i had questions about using this software system in our facility (which has over 100+ plants). The only thing we dislike so far are some of their pricing models which can be expensive if not used correctly or needed often enough throughout year end financial statements etc.. but overall great product from what ive been able see…

  • Easy access via desktop application
  • Great Customer Support Team
  • Wide variety & range options available that allow customization per needs.
  • Mobile app is also good too, though limited compared wth web interface experience at least until now :)
Cons
  • Some features still need more development work done.
  • Pricing model could perhaps do better

Plant Expert is user friendly and helps keep your farm running healthy

Easy to use! I did not have any knowledge of plant health or diagnosing problems with my plants. This helped me make educated decisions about what was causing my problem so that i could solve it in time for my crops success. The support offered through chat/email made this software easy to understand as well. I cannot think of anything I dislike specifically. It solved all our plant related ailments (except watering!). Good option, especially helpful after trading shifts

I like how their system will show if there's an issue with any of my equipment in production or not operating correctly. It does help to pinpoint problems quickly so they can be fixed before it causes serious damage. There needs to be more options for scheduling maintenance as well! We use this mainly when our main team isn't available during normal business hours on weekdays (10-5). This allows us to know what we're dealing with without having them get involved since things happen at all times
