So disappointed. 10/25/2021 I decided to come back and update my review after receiving great service from the seller. Although it's true that it broke after just one use and it was frustrating and disappointing. After posting my review, I thought that in such a situation, all I need to do is cut my losses and find another to buy. God I couldn't be more wrong. Not only did the seller contact me to fix the problem, he contacted me multiple times. The messages were sent to an email that I rarely check, which is why they repeatedly tried to contact me for several weeks. When I finally replied, they immediately sent me a free replacement. I shop a lot at Revain and this purchase was definitely not the first to disappoint me, but the customer service and care I received in return for this experience was the first. The device itself is great and there are manufacturing defects so all in all a purchase you won't regret.
