I have been using this for 2 weeks on purpose. After that I cleaned with Philips Sonicare and before. This DOES NOT REPLACE dental floss! I still floss to this day and there is a lot of food between my teeth. I think it's good for the gums but it hurts and a Philips Sonicare toothbrush can take care of that! I really wouldn't waste my time or money unless you want to take extra care of your gums.
