Virtual Reality is such an amazing innovation - it allows us so many things we could not do before! You can interact with your customers (and even prospects) at any time of day or night when you choose from wherever home may be!! I am able build my own "stores" for whatever occasion suits me best as well have them customised just how i like. It's also very cost effective compared other technologies out there which require set up costs etc.. The only downside would maybe being limited if using computers without VR headsets? Having more than one customer / prospect makes life easier too where they get different points/angles about their experience within each visit allowing feedback loops between stores over multiple visits.
