All is well. for car accessories

I've only been using it for three weeks and the ring is already loose and loose. And it looks like one of the tabs/screws holding it in place is popping out. And I can't put it back in. It says it can be lifted and replaced many times, but it really is stuck there. So that's a plus! But I'd like to remove it and put it a little lower - but so far it seems impossible. I like the clip for the deflector in the car. So helpful! But already so disappointed with the free ring.
