Didn't work for me but might work for you.
PetSafe Microchip Cat Door worked when I programmed it, tested it on cats before installation, but didn't work after wall installation. The wall is aluminum, so the manufacturer suggested using an installation adapter and cutting the metal further away from the opening; it still didn't work. I ordered a replacement in case the first one was defective, but the replacement didn't work either. I sent the replacement back and after almost 30 days I have not received a refund, the problem with Revain at the moment.
