I use this ink to color epoxy crafts. They work well in combination; The color is bright and saturated, and I like that I can change the saturation easily. However, with the drip method, they absolutely failed. A drop of ink does not dissolve through the resin, but settles, leaving a sticky mass at the bottom. This happened both in my attempt to make petri dish coasters and in a game of dice. I didn't overfill the resin with too much ink - I used a small drop in cubes and about 30% of my coasters were clear. The resin cured within 24 hours and was hard enough for the areas where the ink had sunken. As a result, two projects were destroyed. Today I'm going to experiment with another brand of resin but I doubt that's the reason as the brand of resin I'm using is well known and highly rated. Update: I have used this ink in another brand of epoxy. with the same results. It sinks instead of spreading through the resin, creating sticky patches that won't harden. The coasters I made that have been curing for a few weeks are still soft.
