Not quite closing package
The package was initially difficult to open. It took a small knife to punch the perforation. Once the access lid was opened, it didn't actually close, leaving unused contents drying out or getting dirty easily. There is nothing to keep the valve closed let alone seal it. Not a big problem (at least the drying part) if you plan on using the entire pack in 2-3 days. This was an issue for me as the 'reclose' feature was the reason I bought it in the first place. Napkins are ok. The packaging needs a major update.
