This wooden therapeutic massager is pretty decent. It is approximately 15.5 inches long and is made from pieces of solid wood with a thick metal handle. It is durable and well made. The bar is strong enough to almost not bend. The wooden parts are well rounded and finished without burrs that could scratch the skin. . They also have a light transparent coating for water resistance. The massager works quite well on large areas of the body, such as the lower back and thighs. 5 dice rollers stimulate trigger points and help relax muscles and tissues. doesn't work that well on smaller body parts like hands as my hand just got stuck between the dice and hence they didn't roll (they only rolled smoothly when one of their corners touched the surface). Overall, this is a very good wooden roller massager. I mainly use it for my lower back and thighs. It works very well, helping to relax muscles and promoting better blood flow. It's not so good for my hands, but I have a disc roller massager for them. However, the price seems a bit high.
