The lighters were easy to fill and have a liquid viewing window. The first one I filled had some liquid when it was filled, but I used that experience and knew when to stop filling the second. The lighters are larger than they look in the photos, about 3/4 inch at the top and about 6 inches long, which was fine for my long and slightly large hands. The flame is adjustable from about an inch to about 4 inches and clicks when lit. The switch is relatively easy to turn on (much easier on the thumb than on the thumb) and must be held in that position for the flame to burn. Overall a good set of two butane lighters for the price. I haven't owned them long enough to confirm work order longevity, but will update if they stop working before a reasonable time.
