color problem seems like jundice to red , and blue color showing through around eyes and noise

i love her , even though her color reminds me of my grand child when he had jundice the first week after his birththe blue around her eyes and noise makes me think she is sick, i dont know how to clean it or remove it it maybe under the layer of paint, but i love her, she is bald and i got to buy her a wig but she is great for the price thank you
