Review on πŸ‘• Men's Compression Baselayer Undershirts: Optimized Athletic Workout Clothing for Active Individuals by Todd Nordine

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great, depending on purpose/layout

I usually wear large (UA/Nike) but I'm admittedly a bit slim (42" chest, 31" waist). I ordered large ones but it turned out they were square cut and the sleeves were too long. My shirt has a sleeve length of 34 inches and the sleeves on this plus size are about 1.5 inches longer. I'd rather have a medium one. The plus size only slightly restricts my shoulders, chest and biceps, but the relaxed fit allows the rest of the shirt to hang down like a sweatshirt. Partly I am, but in sports I would like to bring it closer. I imagine it would look great under a dobok/gi or other martial arts uniform or could be worn alone in the gym (except for the sleeves). The fit I was hoping for was a little snug but not fully compressive. Material and processing quality are excellent. I was expecting them to be very flimsy and not durable, but unless they change drastically with washing I don't see that as a problem.
