Ideal for long trips to national parks. My daughter loved that she could walk through mud and rain without getting her feet wet. My only issue is Kynes keeps using utterly useless elastic laces! They only serve to prevent the child from putting these boots on (which is almost impossible if I help her). There is a simple solution. We simply cut the elastic and replaced it with regular laces. Now they are perfect! Keep in mind that if you want to keep the elastic laces, you'll need to order a size or two bigger. If you replace the laces, the boots will fit.
