I was amazed how easy it is. You'll need plenty of wire cutters, some lithium grease (I used it in a can I use on garage doors and cars), and a few minutes to get the first one right. It comes with regular end types. You cut off the unneeded end style and then trim the cable shield to the length of the old one. You lubricate the cable by inserting it. It comes with grommet inserts for the end of the cable and even has caps to fit the worn end of the cable (at the end of the clamp). The instructions provided are simple and well written in both English and Spanish. It's a "just do it" project. Now everything runs smoother and works better. For the price you get everything you need and in good quality. I don't understand why pay more. I installed them on an old Schwinn cruiser (i.e. for driving, not for show).
