The pads are really nice and thick, the only downside is the velcro doesn't stick very well to the aerobar elbow supports. I put them on, used them once and on the way home lying on the counter are the padding, velcro and everything that fell off. Since then I've been ordering pads with less padded but more secure straps. To be honest I tightened the velcro and then immediately reattached the pad. In hindsight I had to attach the velcro sticker, let it dry overnight and then attach the padding. I did this on a different support as a gap until my new pads arrived and they adhered much better, but I still prefer the straps.
