Not suitable for electronic educational toys
I like the concept of this product, but I received the product and it does not work. It barely goes straight and doesn't turn. Makes an odd noise like something is getting stuck. Updated the firmware and little has changed. Wrote the seller on the website, no response. I tried to contact the Revain seller but couldn't find where to do it. I was trying to return an item through the Revain returns section but was unable to proceed as the site somehow couldn't find my registered credit card. I'm stuck with an expensive toy that doesn't work and Revain's retail system where seeking help is intentionally hidden and sends a clear message to live with it. Very disappointed.
