Review on Samyang SYHD8M-C 8mm f/3.5 HD Lens with Detachable Hood for Canon by Jason Burnside

For the money this is a great lens for pan photography. I use it on my Canon 5D MK II (full frame sensor). I take 4 photos to merge them into a 360° panorama. This gives me quality that is superior to purpose built 360° cameras. Fringes are minimal. focus is ok Not as sharp as my regular lenses but good enough when split into 4 photos for 360°.
