Fixed: When we started using the keyboard, we found that two keys weren't working. I contacted the seller who responded quickly and we received a replacement keyboard within a few days. The new keyboard works well - the feel is normal, if not quite like a high-end keyboard. The case still doesn't turn the iPad on or off; I assume it's missing the magnet it should be. But the fitment feels good, looks good, is functional and customer service alone earned this product a star from me. --- My wife uses a Bluetooth keyboard with her iPad Air. Her older one was hinged and fell apart after a few years of use. Looking for a good replacement, we decided to give this one a try. She loves it. It looks quite stylish, and while the keyboard isn't rigid, the nice thing is that it can be moved around and held in place with a bit of stickiness to the base material. The keyboard's Bluetooth connects well and the keyboard's feel and spacing between keys is good. The only downside is that the iPad's magnetic shutdown doesn't seem to work. You have to reach out and press the power button, which is slightly recessed due to the thickness of the case.
