Took a month! for replacement toothbrush heads
I ordered this toothbrush on September 1st, probably received it the next day and on October 1st it stopped working in the middle of cleaning. Check that the brush tip is correctly seated. Took the batteries out, checked and they still had a reasonable charge. In any case, I exchanged them for new ones and checked the contact surfaces in the toothbrush for cleanliness. Do not go. Stay away from it. I've had other Colgates that worked great and held up very well. I feel like I'll get a replacement or my money back. Call support to continue.
