Fits like OEM in Automotive Security

Fits like OEM. Came with metal bracket like OEM. My phone didn't focus on the camera image on the mirror, but it was very clear. My 99 F150 didn't have a hole in the underside of the tailgate for the wires to come out of, so I drilled a 7/8" hole and one on the edge of the truck bed to route the wires along the frame. Connected to the red and white wires on the back of my 7 pin trailer connector for power.
