Second, their customer service is practically nonexistent, as evidenced by the lengthy wait periods for responses and the unhelpful representatives they employ. Last but not least, the quality of their products is subpar, which results in a high rate of customer dissatisfaction and returns. Stay away from TRQ if you want to spare yourself the headache it will cause.
