Terrible Product! Please be careful! The chandelier looks great, the metal doesn't quite match and the screws for the ceiling plate were too short, but the crystal looks really nice. NOW ABOUT THE BAD. Electronics are very cheap here! The fan beeps every time the remote control is clicked and the beep is very loud. It sounds like every time I press a button on the remote I set my car alarm. One beep was enough to make me want to return this product. The beep isn't the worst, though. The worst is the lighting. Each time you turn on the light with the remote control or wall switch, the light returns to the maximum possible brightness level and changes color each time. That's right, every time you turn on this light it feels like the halogen high beams are burning your retinas. To make matters worse, it's not even the same type of lighting every time. The light switches to a different "heat" literally every time you turn it on or off. The heat and brightness settings cannot be saved. I dim the lights to read, leave the room for a while and turn off the lights, go back into the room, turn on the lights and BOOM! It has 6000 lumens and dental office white. I know that some very simple programs could fix these problems. Fix these issues and try again. The lamp looks great. There is no lighting function. please bring back DO NOT BUY THIS LIGHT, PLEASE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I have no idea why anyone would give more than 1 star.
