Nice product and Noxarte is a GREAT company. The LED driver on my fan failed shortly after my return date. The company worked with me to figure out the problem and kept sending me parts to fix it for free until we got it right. I LOVE my fan, the crystals are beautiful and it comes with extra crystals just in case. I would 100% recommend purchasing this product and based on their fantastic customer service I will be buying from this company again in the future.

I love everything about these fans. I bought one for a client and one for my child. The fan is silent and the remote control has many settings for speed, color and light intensity. We are so glad we bought the larger chandelier after reading a review from a lady who said the smaller chandelier looked too small for the room. It's a small space and the big fan looks perfect. Bought for a medium sized bedroom. The fandelier is beautiful, the crystals are very shiny and there is no sound when the fan turns on. The two issues I found were that the light is too bright, even on the lowest setting, and the fan is too windy, even on the lowest setting. I put black tape on some of the lamps to dim the lights. I hired a 'workman' to install this chandelier fan but when he opened it there were absolutely no installation instructions. Though he said he could probably figure it out, he was concerned about installing it to manufacturer's specs. So if it didn't work or stopped working, the warranty wouldn't be voided. I like this chandelier fan. I replaced my old fashion fan with this one in my bedroom and it's great. For the price you can't be. Everyone who has seen the changes in my room is so amazed by the quality and shape. My room is 16 x 12 and it was the perfect size. I would recommend increasing the size if you are covering a large space. I don't think all of the remote control options work so the scores are low and I wish this could be turned into a smart device as that would make it just perfect…

Terrible Product! Please be careful! The chandelier looks great, the metal doesn't quite match and the screws for the ceiling plate were too short, but the crystal looks really nice.
