Review on 🌡️ Escali AHC1: NSF Certified Candy/Deep Fry/Confection Thermometer with Extra Dial - 5.5" Probe by Alisha Powell

So I bought this because my candy thermometer broke in the middle of a batch of peanut crumbs and I needed it quickly. We don't live near shops that sell good ones so we ordered this. I like its simplicity, but when I wanted to put it in my pan it had to go to the opposite side from where I needed it because the dial needs to read the way it's supposed to. I'm right-handed, so the handle of the pot is on the left and the thermometer is on the right of the handle. I had to keep looking at the pan to see the exact temperature because there's no way to adjust the dial's reading. This is an accurate thermometer, but I get a little frustrated when trying to read the readings in the pot I used. Even if your pan has a curved side, it will wobble a lot! But other than that, it's an accurate thermometer that's easy to take out and clean.
