What the heck! We gathered on the street in the evening and heard a loud TRES! My $700 Yakima cargo box fell on the floor, the green cargo box straps on this product broke in half. No warnings, no slips, nothing, just an ACCIDENT! The cargo box broken in several places. Absolute junk. I have lowered this box a total of 2 times since we installed the lift and raised the cargo box in my garage. Incredible and scary! My 5, 6, and 8 year olds pace under or next to the drawer three to four times a day while playing, visiting grandparents, and getting stuff out of the garage. My parents do too as it is also installed near their side door to the garage. Any of them would be terribly hurt if this box fell on them, or worse!
