I have been working with them since 2013 when they designed my website and also helped me build it up over time using some custom modules that were not available in WordPress at first. The customer support has always exceeded expectations. They are very responsive throughout all stages of project implementation - design/development process, QA testing phase (and beyond), launch day activities etc., even after site live date! Great people who care about what you need done right away without excuses or delays along the way. Good communication skills required; sometimes difficult to communicate through phone calls but great emails back and forth solved most issues quickly once identified. Best choice if your budget allows this level of service. Website development / redesign including new content management system integration.
