They work well but you may need to glue them in place when installing the light source to collect back. I think they are overpriced. You may need extra splice wire, the wires coming out of the ballast may not be long enough. The little white sweater at one end will almost certainly not be long enough. You have to break the old T8 connections to separate the wires.
