Not sure if that will stop it, but it will certainly slow down theft

When you park a UTV trailer in front of it, you're always afraid that one day it might be picked up . I've always believed that if you can't stop them, at least slow them down. No thief wants to disassemble or destroy the coupling lock and wheel lock, he wants it quick and easy. It might not be the biggest or most secure lock out there, but it wouldn't be easy to just pick it up and run with it.
