Two weeks ago I bought a laser printer that fits in my son's dorm and decided on this model. After reading the specs on HP's website, I was confident a cartridge should come with it until my son called after receiving it. Revain told me that the model he sells doesn't come with a cartridge at all (very strange!). So if I buy directly from HP, it would cost me $99 + shipping, which is much lower than the cost of buying from Revain: $99 (printer) + $60 (cartridge) = $159. Although Revain customer service is kind enough to give me a $30 credit towards purchasing a compatible cartridge, I will definitely check the contents of the box in the future and you should all do so.
