Faulty item, poor customer service

I was really looking forward to this item. I also have a Sentro 48 pin and was hoping to use the 22 pin to create braided scarves that would match my hats. Unfortunately, this item just didn't cut it. Although it arrived a few weeks earlier than tracking indicated, after opening and testing the machine was not working properly. After only a few rounds, the handle got stuck and tried to pop out. I didn't want to force anything so I would always stop and try to rewind the grip a bit to help it loosen. When the handle didn't stick, he slid forward and, without warning, jumped around, making a horrible noise. I contacted the seller about my issue in hopes that they would be able to send a replacement pin part (based on what several other knitting machine users have said, this appears to be a worn/broken equipment issue). Unfortunately, my email was answered with a copy/paste reply with tips on threading the machine and loading the thread into the thread gauge. My problem was not solved at all. So I decided to return the product. For those who have read this far, it seems weather related or not, the delivered cars are struggling. I would say that's the case when you get what you pay for and walk into the shop knowing you might get a faulty car.
