I like that it is easy for people who are not tech savvy at all or have no knowledge about computers in general can use this service as well! It makes life easier when you need help with something online but don't know how do what exactly since most things nowadays require some sorta computer skills which i am sure many dont posses so its great they created an app just because we needed one!! The only thing was sometimes there were errors where if someone sent me questions via chat box my phone would go off by itself (which made sense) however after awhile even though messages kept coming through still went into error mode until finally stopped working completely. This needs more work done before releasing out fully otherwise will be very disappointed. !
