I like that it has many different ways for me as an individual, or even my team members in our organization, to communicate back to them about their service/product is great! There are some things where we have been able to understand more by doing this activity than just talking face-to-face (e.g., understanding how they would feel if there was no option available for us.) It's not perfect - sometimes people don't respond well when asked questions directly through video chat; however, these instances seem rarer now since we've become accustomed to answering those types of customer inquiries via email first instead.
We also haven't had any issues communicating back after completing tasks within the program. This is definitely something I will continue to utilize moving forward because it helps provide better communication between myself and other employees while still allowing privacy from others who may be working remotely at times.
